The Full Story

One day, someone offered me a cup of hot chocolate. To me it was simple, "it's just a cup of cocoa" or at least, that's what I thought! Little did I know the amazing journey that this simple cup of "the best" hot chocolate that I had ever tasted, was about to send me on.

I began drinking it more, and as I did, my self awareness grew to unimaginable heights. I began sharing it with my friends and soon enough I was holding cacao ceremonies and sharing this drink with strangers who would come and spend time sharing their experiences of life. Some sad moments, some very healing moments, and some extremely happy moments. These 'get together's' are also known as Cacao Ceremonies.

Time went on and I eventually ended up at a huge event in London, and that's when I met Liam. He was the guy who had been on Dragon's Den, but because I don't watch "normal" T.V. I had absolutely no idea! I was already on the search for someone who could direct me a little more in holding very high quality Cacao Ceremonies, and there he was!

​

I have had such an amazing time at the training and knew that I was going to start selling cacao on a larger scale. Liam's was the best tasting Ceremonial Grade Cacao that I had ever tasted! And so, I began selling his product. 

​

But inside, I knew I still had an incredible urge to grow and expand. And so, after some time, I bought myself a Trailer to take to events and sell cacao from there. And that's when the name of my new venture was given to me, and CACAO SHACK was born!

​

I was still selling Liam's product, but I had been given another product to sample. I was sceptical to begin with, but with an open heart, I decided to try it anyway.

​

Well, I was blown away! Within minutes I was having mini reflections on various areas of my life. It was like little snippets of snapshots working all the way back to childhood. These were memories I had long forgotten at a conscious level. 

​

I wanted to know what this Cacao was and where it comes from. I learned that this cacao was from the Ashaninka Tribes of the Amazon and that they work together using traditional methods to create the Cacao that I just had! 

​

I knew at this point that I wanted this Cacao as my own branded Cacao and so went about sourcing it. That was a long and arduous journey, but I just didn't want CACAO SHACK logo on anything else.

​

And so, here we are today with a brand new, beautifully tasting and extremely nurturing Ceremonial Grade Cacao, that takes us on a journey of self discovery as well as the amazing superfood properties that Ceremonial Grade Cacao offers. 

​
