4hrs of Absolute Bliss!

Everything we offer during the event is purely optional but available for you if you choose.

The Venue

Driving to this location you will be geeted by serene, quiet countryside and you'll already feel like you've been transported into a mystical world.

As you enter into our specially prepared, sacred space, you will be greeted and made to feel very welcome and relaxed.

Preparation

When you arrive, simply prepare your space just how you want it. 

We would recomend a yoga mat, blanket, water, pillow and anything else which will make you feel relaxed. 

You can even bring a quilt or sleeping bag. You can bring anything for your extra comfort, including crystals.

Then it's just a case of getiting yourself settled in as we begin the event.

Even though it's Four hours, it will go quickly as we move through each segmant and will most likely only feel like an hour or so.

A light and healthy snack would be ok but ideally you want to have your tummy as empty as possible. 

It is essential that you do not eat any chocolate either as youll be experiencing the best chocolate in the world.

Please remember, tea contains more caffine than coffee! 

Please check with us if you have any health conerns which you think might have an issue with 

Cacao even though we've not had anyone yet who has had adverse effects from this amazing medicine - quite the opposite in fact!

We suggest not to eat anything 3hrs prior to the event and definitely no caffiene.

The best thing about our Ceremonial Cacao is the taste! Ours is unlike any Ceremonial Cacao o you may have tasted in the past with undertones which can make your whoe body shiver!

Ingredients

Our Cacao and ALL of its  ingredients to make the drink is 100% Plant Based, Organic and Gluten Free.

Yoga

Enjoy easy yoga upon where nothing is made diffifcult and is comepletely optional. You can just sit / lay and relax during this time if you prefer.

Sound Healing

We lead gently lead from beautiful guided meditation into the gong bath held by our two Master Gong players Jemma and Melanie. 

These two amazing ladies play the gongs so eloquently which make the experience a very relaxing and beautiful one.

This is then followed by our 432Hz Crsytal Healing with Colin. 433Hz is the natural frequency of nature and the benefits are very noticeable during and especially after being in the presence of such a natural frequency.

Colin uses many different instruments in the tuning of 433Hz which makes his healing sound baths unlike any others!

Finally Colin finishes off  with the beautiful tones of North American walnut bass Flute.

Journalling

We recognise the importance of Journalling and because we like to offer so much, we can run out of time for full reflections.

This is why we have chosen, at no extra cost, to extended our cacao ceremonies so that we can introduce the opportunity for  Journalling in between each experience.

Journalling is a great way of recording and recalling experiences, thoughts and emotions as this can create amazing positive affects on mind and body.

Opportunity to Share

We then do a beautiful sharing, again this is completely optional, followed by our closing ceremony. 

Bring something to journa/writel in just in case you have profound insights or learn something which you'd like to remember which is often the case.

The Altar

The Altar is something we set up to add an extra special feel to the event. It's an opportunity to really show gratitude for everything in life. 

You are more than wlecome to place something personal onto the Altar such as crystals, pictures of past loved ones, anything that you have a connection with. 

You can collect it at the end of the event if you want to take it back home with you.

After The Event

Afterwards, not only will you feel more relaxed, refressed and re-energised, but you'll also have one of the best nights sleep you've ever had!

We suggest you drink plenty of water and a bite to eat just to help ground and allow the cocao to continue work into the deeper parts of the body.
