Cacao Ceremony, Gong Bath, 432Hz Sound Healing

The Venue

Driving to this location you will be geeted by serene, quiet countrysid  in the settings of beautiful land and wooded areas and you'll already feel like you've been transported into a mystical world. As you enter into our specially prepared, sacred space, you will be greeted and made to feel very welcome and relaxed. 

Preparation

Next, prepare your space just how you want it. You can bring anything for your extra confort. We would recomend a yoga mat, blanket, water, pillow and anything else which will make you feel relaxed. You can even bring a quilt or sleeping bag for ultimate confort!

Then it's just a case of getiting yourself settled in as we begin the 3hr event. Even though it's 3hrs, it will go quickly as we move through each segmant of this Three Hour Self Care Retreat.

Cacao

Lay down or sit up, it's entirely up to you as you experience the beautiful taste of our Ceremonial Cacao along with a beautiful meditation and interactive blessing of this ancient medicine. If you wish to purchase some Cacao at the end (You will love the taste) you can get it from Colin who is a Ceremonial Grade Cacao Wholeseller.

We suggest not to eat anythign for 3hrs leading up to the event. At the very most a light snack would be ok but you want to ahve your tummy as empty as possible. This is how you get the best benefits fromt he cacao. It is essential that you do not eat any chocolate or drink any caffiene. Remember, tea contains more caffine than coffee! Please check with us if you have any health conerns which you think might have an issue with Cacao even though we've not had anyone yet who has had adverse effects from this amazing mdecicine - quite the opposite in fact!

Yoga

Then enjoy easy yoga upon where nothing is made diffifcult and is comepletely optional. You can sit and relax during this time if you prefer.

Sound Healing

Then we lead gently into the gong bath followed by thr 432Hz Crsytal Healing and finsihing with the beautiful tones of the Borth American Flute.

Opportunity to Share

We then do a beautiful sharing, again this is completely optional, followed by our closing ceremony. 

After The Event

Afterwards, not only will you feel more relaxed, refressed and re-energised, but you'll also have one of the best nights sleep you've ever had!
