About the event
Our Cacao Ceremonies are a 4hr experience within the safe container of experienced space holder Colin Wyatt.
Cacao Ceremonies are a great way to go deeper and really clear out stagnant energy within the body. We use various modalities including; Kirtan, Sound Healing, Breath Work, Gentle Yoga, Talking Space and generally feeling like part of a small community during our time together. Evertything on offer is optional, there is never any pressure to join in. Some just prefer to observe and this is absolutely ok.
Set in the beautiful location of Newmarket Road, just outside of Cambridge Town, Kinda Sock (aka Missing Sock) is a venue unlike any other.
