Inner Peace Glastonbury Retreat

The Retreat is located in 

Glastonbury, which is the Heart Chakra of the world. A stunning area full of myth, magic & legend. The peaceful retreat is situated on the edge of the Somerset Level and just a 5 minute drive to the Glastonbury Tor, which has two lay lines crossing through it. You'll spend your holiday surrounded by nature & overlooking a beautiful wild flower meadows & orchard.

 The Accommodation. 

Your lodge has a King Bedroom, a Twin Bedroom and Double Cabin Bed. All the beds are made up with Egyptian cotton bed linen and cosy duvets. Each lodge has its own bathroom, complete with shower, flushing toilet, basin and heated towel rail so you don’t need to sacrifice on your creature comforts. Hot water is provided on tap, as well as your very own log burner to keep you toasty! We also have two farm-house cottages which are also just as lovely. Unless you request otherwise, everyone will have the luxury of a room to themselves

 Communal Dining 

There is both indoor & outdoor dining facilities & fire pit, pizza oven and fairy lights. We will look forward to sharing this special time with you, sharing delicious food, drinks, stories, experiences & your company.

 Sacred Guided Tour Of Glastonbury 

There's masses of folklore and myth associated with the Tor. It was believed that it was a gateway to Annwn, the realm of fairy which was ruled over by Gwyn Ap Nudd, king of the fairies. Later tradition has it that the Holy Grail lies here. The Cauldron and the Grail were both the object of quests for King Arthur and his knights of the round table. There will be a special organised guided tour for you to experience the best of Glastonbury.

 Plant Based, Healthy, Nutritious Food 

We will be eating nutritious. plant based, high frequency food, prepared by. Shaz and Sharon from Green Dot Cafe. These menus have been designed by a chef & a nutritionist to make sure you get well balanced meals during your stay. We will be drinking clean, structured spring water from White Spring Well.

 Daily Sound-Baths & Energy Healing 

Enjoy daily Sound-baths to ignite your frequency within the magic of these lands. Colin, Melanie & Jemma are Sound-healers and will be bathing you in the healing frequencies of 432HZ which resonates with the vibration of our planet. Our sacred instruments include Gongs, Crystal & Tibetan singing bowls, Elemental Chimes, North Indian Flute, Drums to name a few.

 Yoga 

Your retreat you can experience a daily or twice daily yoga practice to either energise you in the morning or relax you in the evening before your sound bath. Yoga is a Sanskrit word translated as “yoke” or “union.” To yoke means to draw together, to bind together; or to unite. Its aim is to yoke or create a union of the body, mind, soul, and universal consciousness. This process of uniting the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of ourselves is what allows yogis to experience deep states of freedom, peace and self-realisation.

 Qi Gong 

Qi Gong is a holistic system of movement, breathing and meditation used for health, flexibility and spirituality. The practice uses slow graceful movement and controlled breathing techniques to promote the circulation of Qi - our life force energy within our body. Energy flows in and out of our body and the practice is to harmonise this consciously through our mind, body and soul. You will have opportunities to take part in daily sessions.

 Healing Hands 

Enjoy hands on acupressure massage, astral & crystal healing throughout your stay, whether it's during the sound-baths or seated massage grounded to Mother Earth.

 Cacao Ceremonies 

Enjoy Daily, Heartfelt Cacao Ceremonies. Indulge in the richness of the purest chocolate! Optional tour of Avebury Circle on 15th July with world renowned Dowser, Ancient Megalyth expert 'Maria Wheatley'. Maria is a second generation Master dowswer and the daughter of renowned Master dowser Dennis Wheatley. She has appeared regulargly on shows such as Gaia tv, Ancient aliens and is a sought after speaker of anceint monuments, burial grounds, Ley Lines and so much more! Maria's knowledge of Avebury is aongst the very best in the world, if not, 'the' best in the worlds. She will lead us through the stones and offering opportunites to dowse, experience and feel the energy that these stone still emit, even today!
